How to create eye glasses on any face

Hi Guys!I just tell about How to create Eye glasses on any face
[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as i used following image

[2]-Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of 'PEN TOOL' right click select'Make Selection'

[3]-In Make Selection 'Feather Radius' 0 should 0 pxl,Tick on New Selection ok & your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Select GRADIENT TOOL & use the following Gradient & settings

[5]-Then Fill the selection with Gradient Tool with Top to Bottom Direction

[6]-Like this create the others & fill with same color & your image should look like below this

[7]-Now go to Blending Options,select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[8]-Select Contour Elements & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[10]-Now you have got following result & your image should look like below this

[11]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should 'Luminosity' & reduce the Opacity also

[12]-Open New Layer & create the following selection with the help of 'Pen Tool'

13]-Now fill the selection with 'fffffa' color & Opacity of this Layer should 20%

[14]-Now set the 4 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of 'Pen Tool' right clickselect 'Stroke Path'

[15]-In Stroke Path select 'Brush' ok

[16]-Now your image should look like as shown below
